How about YouTube apps for HyppTV, does it working?

I'm on Streamyx HyppTV.
Finally I figured it out how to set up ON, A/V, and VOLUME button using scan mode.

Did someone managed to install Flash on browser?
And what does favourite (Heart icon) functions do?

For STREAMYX HyppTV,
somehow I managed to boot into Android recovery ROM.

Unfortunately, its neither CMW nor TWRP.
It only named as 'Android Recovery (3e)'.
One of the options i saw is restore from external drive.

So is there any chance to flash GAPPS to this STB?

How do I PM him?

Did anyone experience low fps for Streamyx HyppTV?
Somehow it feels like 24fps on HyppTV although when I switch to aerial channel can get 60fps or something.

Maybe because you watch from your ancient CRT TV?
1080p res cause this slowness in FPS?

Hello, I recently flashed my Streamyx HyppTV STB to get Google Play Store to be installed.

Unfortunately, I can't install Youtube from Play Store (not listed) because of incompatible device.

Did someone managed to get Youtube installed???

OK, finally I have managed installed Youtube in the STB.
But why it still asking me to update Google Play Service although I have installed one?

Anyone can solve this?

SOLVED it.
I just flashed latest Google Play Service 4.3 apk into STB.
Now waiting for ROOT !!!

Which hack do you mean?

OK, I got an idea to get root access to Streamyx HyppTV STB.
I think it's as same as how to root my Huawei Ascend Y300 phone.
You need to flash (the right) Superuser apps to the device.

So, anyone willing to try?

HELP, my HyppTV STB for Streamyx is stucked on bootloop after sudden blackout at my house.
I have tried many times pressing power button, but it would not allow me to boot to recovery menu.

What should I do?

OK, I got replaced by warranty. (HAD TO WAIT FOR ONE FREAKING MONTH!)
BTW, I noticed the STB got different options than older one.

Newer one got option to change HyppTV Streamyx or UniFi.
One more thing, is this version is suitable to root using this link?

Or is there any infrared remote apps which can adjust buttons on the remote to work properly? I mean the numeric buttons.

Ok, HyppTV Streamyx user here,
I'm experiencing weird glitch.

After I opened HyppTV apps, it launch and display "Please wait... EPG loading.... Remote will not respond any request" as usual.

But the thing is, that massage stills appear for more than 10 minutes and still going! All remote buttons are not work except HOME and MENU button.

I tried MENU button, surprisingly it works and all menu options all accessible too. But then I REALISED that Program Guide does not even load (which may cause this bug). I pressed OK button on random channel, and it WORKS to change channel.

But alas, that annoying massage still appeared and as it stills appear only HOME and MENU button works which is very frustrating as I just want to change channel via LIVE TV view.

I already contacted TM, but they only open my report case to technician...
