Have you set the hypptv output aspect ratio to 16:9?

1. Click the Menu button on your remote control.
2. Then, choose the gear "Setting".
3. In the Profile Information section, please make sure the screen aspect ratio has been set as 16:9.

These 2 are normal, full, no borders.

You can see borders for tv2, bernama, 1news.... these are stretched, no good.

Yes, check settings.

guys, is the 1news and Australia plus channel available? i can't find it.

and for ruby pack, is the channel[v] Taiwan available? can't find it in my ruby pack.

Yes, all these channels are available on HyppTV platform now (9:37 PM 16th September 2017).
Channel [V] Taiwan - CH 207
Australia Plus - CH 401
1News Channel - CH 405

but my hypptv everywhere not found.

For apps, not all channel is supported.

most are full no borders, incl the tv 2 u mentioned - euronews, aljazeera.

same with much the rest - natgeo people, travel channel, bloomberg, bbc earth, hbo red...

try using a diff tv to confirm it is a tv problem or not.

if it is not a tv problem, u can call tm/hypptv for tech service.

i doubtful is the tv problem, because i am also using astro at the same time, and its full screen.

That being the case, something is not right about the hyppbox.

Call, lodge complaint, they will come to check... to fix or to replace the box.

Foc if under warranty.

just found out on my bill..
aneka pack cost rm30.. (dont even bother to watch)
then i went to HyppTv website also found this..
JUMBO LITE pack.. also cost RM30..
called TM, try to switch pack coz same price..
TM approve.. 7 days working..
will give review on JUMBO LITE Pack...

i called them just now.. and..... yes.. no extra charge..
