Is it possible to attach an access point to the hyppTV box? So that it can be connected wirelessly. Is it possible or any other device to make my hyppTV box wireless?
Not possible at allTM HyppTV, Primetime. Anytime. Everytime

Is it possible or any other device to make my hyppTV box wireless? Can use a powerline network adapter. Not really wifi driven, but can put the stb away from the router without wires... |

QUOTE(idoblu @ Jun 20 2015, 10:02 PM) Boss, like this? But how to set the settings? Something like that, you need to get an ap on the router end, and plug it to the red port of your dlink (vlan 600), and on the decoder side you need to use WiFi to Ethernet device and connect it. Some WiFi repeater have Ethernet port output, or you find a "WiFi to Ethernet" device.![]() Oh wait - better use home plug as suggested here! Ok can be done https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1912544/all I setup such think before but not for iptv, for door camera. |

Hi all, need some advise. My Hyppe TV HD channel doesnt appear in HD resolution when i go through HDMI selector. It works only if direct to TV set. But the same selector i also connected to Astro and Bluray player...all can display full hd content, only Hyype TV cant. Anyone encounter this issue?

QUOTE(treblecase @ Jun 26 2015, 02:04 PM) That's why TM fail. They should make it available. I've had unifi for 3 years & never connected the hypptv box. it will not be easy or cheap for hypp to be able to wifi around the house.more so for hd channels. wifi security issues as well. put all that together, i doubt they will even consider it. the only way is to have modem-hypp close to tv, everything else further away on wifi. or, as a last resort, use hypptv everywhere - this is not good as it is sd only. i actually started to use it this year after 3 yrs in the closet! not too bad, i think some channels are quite decent. |

BUT... as of lately, many have reported hypp everywhere no longer work on android boxes. seems it now only work on tablets, phones and ipads. you gotta try it to be sure yr device will work. |

HyppTV actually is better than Astro in term of variety, picture quality and more importantly the pricing. The only thing that they lacking so far is sports channel, not surprising since Astro paid hefty sums for broadcasting rights.
