You mean the normal microusb 2.0 cable CAN plug into the same sized port on your HDD, but won't fit in the smaller, rectangular port beside it?

FYI, the capacitive Menu and Back keys on the Note 3 can be operated with the S Pen. We're glad +Samsung Mobile finally fixed this shortcoming of the Note and Note II.

The other section is for the USB 3.0 signalling for HIGH SPEED !!!!!!!! You can use it like per the pic but it will operate at USB 2 speeds, ie 480Mbps. USB 3 is 5Gbps tongue.gif

Posts 1 and 2 have had some updates since around 10am this morning. I know this is now the fastest moving thread, 780 posts from 00:00, even more than any other flagship in the last 6 months.

This indicates the Note 3 is still a crowd puller.

Probably 2499 like S4 LTE 32Gb.

Parallel importers will capitalize and probably charge 2.6k to 2.8k for those who are impatient.

Probably LPDDR3, but I believe the XZU may be using the same type of RAM. It's dual channel IINM, maybe the Note3 clocks it at a higher speed? We won't know until the teardown and chip part numbers are known.

Storage, if they got their eMMC updated for USB 3 use, maybe it's the SLC/MLC NAND type? Hopefully it's faster.

I would say worst case we get 3hr SOT, which is about the same as an S4. Best case we get around 5hrs like the Note 2.
