Mine dont have. The only time I saw it on is when I almost skid for the first time, and when you turn off the EPS. But when you turn off the EPS, it will show EPS off.

highway, flat road....from penang down to johor/sg and back to penang again tongue.gif
below 100km/h no issue but after 100km/h steering vibrate, last time don't have such problem >.<
checked. i check regularly...
currently using Continental MC5, mileage 22,000km.
what should i do, alignment or balancing?

how many types of balancing available?
*
Only 2 common types of balancing:

A) Off-wheel balancing a.k.a. using balancing machine - This sort of balancing will usually only be good for speeds of up to 60~80km/h, depending on the speed limitation of the balancing machine.

B) On-wheel balancing a.k.a. jacking up your car with a driver inside running speeds of up to 110~140km/h - This sort of balancing requires an experienced person to accurately call out the proper spots for the lead weights to be inserted.

NOTE - As far as I'm aware, there is no such thing as a perfectly balanced wheel for all speeds. Why? If you were to read up on Science/Physics, you'll come to know that every element in this universe has a frequency in which it will react to (depending on the frequency range and composition of the atom molecules, etc.).

Anyways, my point is, go look for a reputable tyre shop/alignment specialist to perform on wheel balancing for your vehicle. But don't expect a perfectly balanced wheel at all speed range. Be happy as long as the wheels for vibrate between speeds of 70~160km/h (as these are the common speed range for our vehicles and road conditions in general).

PS - Just my 2-cents & good luck! smile.gif

EPS can be turned ON and OFF for FORTE 2.0 meh? huh.gif
I thought that's only for TCS aka ESC aka VSC aka Traction/Stability Control Systems?

EPS = Electronic Power Steering, right?

Here's what I found on the net (after a 5 minute search/read):

Electric power steering (EPS) system warning light (if equipped)
This warning light illuminates after the ignition key is turned to the ON position and then it will go off when the engine starts.
This light also comes on when the EPS has malfunctioned. If it comes on while driving, have your vehicle inspected by an authorized Kia dealer.

no vibrate or shake, only a bit at 170km/h which i guess it is normal.

check ur rims got bengkok or tyre got bengkak or not. if no then try get other shop to do ur balancing.

last time my saga do at sc, drive 100 vibrate like nobody business, redo few time oso same.
since then i never do at sc anymore. but first, u need  to find a reliable shop.

Like to share the news that one particular bank has now stopped Hire purchase loan for 8 & 9 years and only doing up to 7 years maximum. They are acting in line with Bank Negara's "Responsible Financial Guideline" to reduce individual debt ratio period.

However, other banks are still not yet affected by this ruling at this point in time, and I am not sure if they might follow suit soon. There is a possibility that Bank Negara may impose higher restrictions in the months to come by imposing a margin ceiling of 80-85% instead of the current 90%. Therefore, those who wish to borrow to the full, my advice is better to lock in your loan now instead of later.

Send your car to SC bro..dont play2 with the warnings. Let they check the error codes when they diagnose your car so that they can pin point the actual problem & solve it. Who knows the indicator is functioning well right?

The quietness is awesome isn't it. Try out the tyre compound on road sections which normally gives you the vibration, the glong noise last time with stock tyre. I can never believe why the Atlantics V7 is so hard that it always makes me think that the car is going to fall apart very soon when I go through a certain section of roads. With the new tyre, no more hurtfull butt.
