I live in the south of Africa bro, there are probably plenty of options for me although like i mentioned, i dont want to buy from a place that is not going to reply to my messages or ignore me for as long as possible if i have a fault or problem with the device.

is there any way to buy this phone under PKB but dont sign up telco contract?

I just got my set yesterday. But i face one problem with google play store.
It always give me error 500 when i wanted to download apps.
Anyone can help?

try clear data + cache of your playstore. else go for factory reset since you just got your new set yesterday.

i know ipmart.com.my and superbuy.my do the international shipping but not sure if they will send to your country or not. but i think the postage will cost a bomb too..but no harm to check with them.

Seven Mobile got lots of different brand under PKB scheme. There are a lot of Lenovo Phones especially K900. But the PKB have ended on 7th. IF let say that it open again, buy from Seven Mobile.


If you buy from Seven Mobile, you just need to register for PKB (they'll do that for you) and you need to add RM 40 (RM 5 for Hotlink Sim Pack and RM 35 for prepaid topup). No contract at all. But, IF the PKB open again. I don't think so it will.

btw, pkb skmm reopens on 7th oct 2013.

most of preinstall apps eat lots of rams and it feels a bit lag.
replace with

nova launcher
quick pic
rock player
mx video
es file

all the lags virtually disappeared

Yeah, more or less like that. But 7th October was 2 days ago and you can only register on that day only.
