where did you buy ur phone using PKB?
*
Seven Mobile got lots of different brand under PKB scheme. There are a lot of Lenovo Phones especially K900. But the PKB have ended on 7th. IF let say that it open again, buy from Seven Mobile.

is there any way to buy this phone under PKB but dont sign up telco contract?

just want the phone with discount only.
*
If you buy from Seven Mobile, you just need to register for PKB (they'll do that for you) and you need to add RM 40 (RM 5 for Hotlink Sim Pack and RM 35 for prepaid topup). No contract at all. But, IF the PKB open again. I don't think so it will.

p/s: I don't have any affiliation with Seven Mobile. Just a forumer who bought two Lenovo phones from him

thanks for info bro.
noticed from the seller is using rrp for rebate.
so after rebate is rm699 plus rm40 if no intention to sign up a plan. total saving abt rm60.

btw, pkb skmm reopens on 7th oct 2013.
*
Yeah, more or less like that. But 7th October was 2 days ago and you can only register on that day only.

really? not until rebate allocation amount finish?
*
100% correct. Since it's almost the end of the quota, the PKB registration only open for one day and that one day was on 7th October. If you are damn lucky, it will be opened again. If not, no PKB.

U mean even after Setting > Common Setting > Bluetooth > menu > rename device?
I am able to change device name w/o problem.

QUOTE(Iqbal_kakashi @ Oct 21 2013, 02:27 AM)
No problem with mine.
*
I've changed the name through there and yes the name changed. But when other people tried to paired with me, the old name is still there which is the P780_ROW.

OR maybe the problem is at the other end?

sweat.gif sent to services centre already?

Not yet. Been busy. I guess I'll wait for a little while more. sweat.gif

Btw, if I need to RMA for the dead pixel, will they need to tinker with my stuff inside the phone?
