well ppl say rubbish chipset... but a lot ppl in China is using it...
well don judge things by it's cover... so far about 2 weeks of usage of S920 i can say i'm happy at the moment...
with P780 now... both of it cannot even buy a S4 haha...
but with this 2 phone i can do a lot more things that u cannot do with just 1 S4... haha...

i tested the s920 before..quite impressive and smooth..kinda true that lenovo's pricing is quite value compare to its function and spec.. have you got your p780?? need some users' comment and impression about the phone.. tongue.gif

Well the phone is made of metallic material so it is heavy and very sturdy...
the screen nice like S920 but a lil smaller, just nice for our hands to hold and can operate with single hand...
UI wise i can say it is smooth and well...
when i take the phone it has 49% of battery...
after i install my wanted apps and sync some others email and chatting apps...
use mybackup pro to send my settings, sms, mms and some other things over...
until now i still have 28% more to go...
i'll go drain all the battery before let it charge until tomorrow morning...
of course what makes me wanna get this instead of S920 is the battery...
S920 i can stand around 9 hours left around 20%... this i hope it can last me around 12 hours easily...

compare to S920 stylish, sleek and big, the P780 is very old skool design but it is sturdy and elegant...
smile.gif agree... had S3 and Pantech R3 which has smooth UI but it cos RM1300...
even though MTK quad core chipset does not have the matching performance but it is not far behind...
my S3 is not lag free, it freeze from time to time... it is the worst Top Range phone I ever use...
most common problem Cracked Frame, tried to claim but said user fault...
had a few colleagues and frens also has this problem...
even this problem has been highlighted since Jul 2012 but Samsung never come out and admit their problem...
laggy due to their firmware and also freezing problem is also related to their poor motherboard problem...
i had mine changed before i sold it...
please ask those ppl to google for S3 issues before say it is very good and problem free...

waiting for your comments abt battery few days later.. smile.gif but i like p780 design a bit more. S series design too much alike htc's...the only thing is the battery cannot remove like p770 sad.gif or else, it will be even better.. blush.gif
oh yeah..would you mind to tell me the scene mode inside p780? does it have remove the unwanted object mode as i saw in the ad for p780? and wat else it got inside the camera scene?

I live in the south of Africa bro, there are probably plenty of options for me although like i mentioned, i dont want to buy from a place that is not going to reply to my messages or ignore me for as long as possible if i have a fault or problem with the device.

i know ipmart.com.my and superbuy.my do the international shipping but not sure if they will send to your country or not. but i think the postage will cost a bomb too..but no harm to check with them.
