in fact China hav strong brand or good quality product.
only those malaysian importer import inferior quality product to here.

Most probably under Balakong address/Selangor,
as chulk kor did confirmed CT falls in Selangor ... stated in our Booking form too.

End of September already, still yet to launch? Budget coming soon leh. hmm.gif

Damai Perdana is not that deep inside as compare to CT...i dun think CT can get KL adress anymore too.

MRT2 have to carry on as this is one of the reason government increase petrol price so tht encourage us to use public transport

I thought they gonna announce a cheaper alternative of petrol? cheaper than ron95..haha! (rumors)

I wish so, news stated the Mrt2-3 wil proceed, just do not know when. another 10years maybe

if they launch RON92 (cheaper than 95 which discontinue about few years ago), then most of us will suffer as most of the car is not suitable to use RON 92 here as the MAlaysia RON92 is low quality.

It is different. Your property price is higher with KL address. Look at the different in prices for properties in Damai Perdana vs Balakong

For your info, the boss is a retired MCA top gun. It won't be suprise if there are hiccups in their applications.

You may do a survey by comparing prices of similar size and age houses between Damai Perdana and Balakong. You'll be suprise

i not so agree with your kl price is higher than selangor price theory..it's more on the area itself...........

u compare damai perdana and balakong...damai perdana is pure residential area, balakong is kind like mix industry+ residntial...of course pure residential area will fetch higher price...


i give you one good example....


bandar utama selangor 10 years old double storey link, about 2ksqf size, 1.2 million above

pandan perdana kuala lumpur, 10 years old double storey link, about 2k sqf size, 600k above


so, KL address not necessary fetch higher than selangor...

We should compare houses at nearby area, Bandar Utama should be compared against it's neighbour, TTDI

Pandan Perdana should compared against Shamelin

Damai Perdana should be compared against Alam Damai, Damai Impian 1 & 2, Hussien Onn, etc. But the negative image of Balakong can't be erased in short times, a lot of house buyers are against buying properties in Balakong. Mitraland has to market C180 as Cheras Selatan due to this reason, although the actual location is Balakong.
