Damai Perdana is under Selangor but with KL address. Most like CT will be under Balakong address

It is different. Your property price is higher with KL address. Look at the different in prices for properties in Damai Perdana vs Balakong

For your info, the boss is a retired MCA top gun. It won't be suprise if there are hiccups in their applications.

You may do a survey by comparing prices of similar size and age houses between Damai Perdana and Balakong. You'll be suprise

pandan perdana kuala lumpur, 10 years old double storey link, about 2k sqf size,  600k above
so, KL address not necessary fetch higher than selangor...

We should compare houses at nearby area, Bandar Utama should be compared against it's neighbour, TTDI

Pandan Perdana should compared against Shamelin

Damai Perdana should be compared against Alam Damai, Damai Impian 1 & 2, Hussien Onn, etc. But the negative image of Balakong can't be erased in short times, a lot of house buyers are against buying properties in Balakong. Mitraland has to market C180 as Cheras Selatan due to this reason, although the actual location is Balakong.

The development is within walking distance to the proposed Alam Damai MRT Station (junction of Persiaran Minang 4 and Jalan Alam Damai/Jalan Damai Perdana), although it is a little bit far.
