What negative images of Balakong? Yes it's industrial with big Manufacturing companies.. But those new launches of condo quite distant away from those industrial/factories.

If more highend condo built in Balakong/kajang/serdang, I believe more rich bosses willin to get those for their childrens/investment or for their own retirement.
As there are banyak Rich Bosses of those factories stay nearby too, like GitaBayu, Jadehills and Country Heights, Blu Constellations etc. hehe

TTDI is under DBKL while kota damansara, bandar utama, SS2 tropicana is under sel.

so the value of projects at TTDI higher compare with the rest?

Yeah... Agreed. Many big big bosses love to stay around the areas you mentioned above. Those area are on par with sierramas. And also those areas far better than many cheras areas that closest to kl city.

I think you got the namings all mixed up. Both namings are feasible be it Balakong or Cheras Selatan. So why Balakong as naming is because some developers or people would use for federal parliament districts differential hence it is called as Balakong P102 and also the new Village Balakong is there to start with, while Cheras is the official naming as one of the six subdistricts (mukim) of Hulu Langat under the administration of the Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (Kajang Municipal Council). Those six mukim doesnt have the naming of Balakong. Balakong itself is situated under Cheras, Selangor subdistrict which accurately called as Cheras Selatan since Cheras has both KL and Selangor area covered.

So if youre the developer and youre applying a land lot for development from MPKJ then the address you need to use is Hulu Langat district be it your land is on Ampang, Cheras or Dusun Tua, as so to say i can also say that the whole six mukims are Hulu Langat which includes Dusun Tua, Ampang, Cheras, Hulu Semenyih, Kajang, Semenyih, Beranang. Take your pick. See tha difference ? Just like bangi is under Kajang, same goes to Sg Long which is under Kajang too.

Not convinced then go check the poskod. Try look at balakong address, they use which poskod then you know under which area.

43000 - kajang
43100 - hulu langat/dusun tua
43200 - cheras selangor/KL
43300 - seri kembangan

Just like when some "wealthy" (how wealth I dont know but the attitude seems to be from Mars) client/customers asked me where I stay and I told them is Sentul, then they said: The place a lot of ganster one... tongue.gif

Yea sorry, not really far to Cheras..
But stil friends not willing to travel from PJ to Kajang..haha unless they crave for Satay.. >.<
