Passed by the site today. Realized the military college entrance is just behind the semi-abandoned shophouses on the left of Jalan Juara. Wonder if they will do rifle training & stuff there in the future, and the noise will be audible from the condos?

Haha hopefully, but this "reaches bandwidth limit" means ady exceeds the limit of visits to the website though. But coincidently both sites also down.

I dont think because of new updates. Most probably is bandwidth exceeded.
zalam.com.my and cloudtree.com.my same IP. So I think both are host in same hosting and shared bandwidth. Hopefully they faster upgrade their bandwidth lo.

Yea. It seems like the petzone just a gimmick or marketin strategy to attract us to book an unit asap (especially for pet lover) yet they do not need to promise anythin to us. S&P not gonna include this too. Thus usually SA can say anything before agreement. After S&P signed, they can just deny or say this was just proposed and subject to changes or cancellation. So this is wad we expect la.

Feel like very hard to get approval by government about the petzone. U know malaysia laaa.. Sigh.

I experienced before when i was inside a lift in my condo. 2 women came inside and saw me carrying a dog and i overheard them saying najis and blaaa blaaa blaa infront of me.

It's widely expected that government will curb DIBS and implement it in Budget 2014. This measure is to halt or at least put the rising price of properties slower. I wonder Zalam will keep their promise of DIBS for CT as the launch date still unknown

Better Zalam plan properly on this, otherwise they wil lose alots of sales. DIBS considered one of the sellin point for this location, not everyone prefer this location (atleast not rental, ownstay stil there are choices in alamdamai/damaiperdana).

As everyone knows all developers marked up their Selling price for DIBS package. All interest has already been accounted into the selling price, "Eg. DreamCity SA showed me the price after and before DIBS, the difference is around 40-60k (forgotten) (from 760K to 700k)" , so it's up to the buyer to choose DIBS or non DIBS.

Dont forget, DIB Scheme not FREE interest for us, but included in selling price, so we do not need to pay during construction period/but actually LOAN more from bank..

I don't really mind if they curb the DIBS, but make sure they reduce the selling price to atleast 40k or more to those early buyers, otherwise I would say byebye too.

Yet CT slowslow wait.. actually they can have all this done/private preview/softlaunch before obtain AP. just like dreamcity/Wotp, launch with completed info/brochures before AP approved.
both of the proj obtain their AP half year after private preview though.

Or it is now zalam feel so regret... should have price CT higher. must be working on another block... put more soho unit to cover back the suppose profit they lost out

Block C ady confirmed with 259units. if 22-25floors, should be studio/soho with 10-11units per floor.
And also confirmed higher psf as compared to Block A & B.
