Passed by the site today. Realized the military college entrance is just behind the semi-abandoned shophouses on the left of Jalan Juara. Wonder if they will do rifle training & stuff there in the future, and the noise will be audible from the condos?

haiz... i really wish the pet zone will materialize.... Actually I dont understand why they can raise cat and let the cat run here and there but not allow us to raise dog and said dog is dirty?

It's widely expected that government will curb DIBS and implement it in Budget 2014. This measure is to halt or at least put the rising price of properties slower. I wonder Zalam will keep their promise of DIBS for CT as the launch date still unknown
