comparing U28(postpaid) and UMI28(prepaid), apart from the free minutes of UMI28 any other differences?

data speed is the same, just call rate if different , postpaid with add on package is cheaper but no free call to umobile numbers, UMI28 still entitled 1 day 1 hour free call to umobile numbers, UMI28 booster is 1gb 3 days, U28 booster is 1.5gb 3 days, u28 charged 6% tax, prepaid not yet haha

Went to UMobile to find out more about the U50 and U80. The U to U Free Unlimited calls is only last for 1800Minutes sahaja, after that will be charge 5sen/mins. duh...

want to double confirm here:

u50 got 100 min call, if i add in 1 more subline share plan, the subline will get another 100 min call become 200 min or it actually share the 100m call from pricinple line ?

As I heard from the Rep from Umobile, the guy told me share plan mean, share from the original 100mins.

For sure is sharing 100 min, that's share line
And remember that share line not enjoy the unlimited or 1800 mins free to umobile numbers

This morning, my UMI 38 plan was renew automatically but my previous month balance of voice and sms was not brought forward, what give?

haha answered many times but its ok to tell again, sometimes the brought forward freebies would be delay, but got 1 % really missing sometimes, good luck ya

Guys, I signed up for the U28 postpaid plan, and in the first bill there is an 'advance access fee' of RM28. Is this normal? If I terminate will I get back this fee?

You can consider that as deposit, which means when you terminate that would be offset your last bill

Yeah but what if my billing date is 1 Feb 2014, and I paid on 2 Feb 2014, and then decided to terminate right after that? Technically I should only be charged for one day of us. In that case would I get a refund?

The thing is they give grace period to pay. So your bill is 1 Feb you don't need to pay till 21 or something like that. So they're 'protecting' themselves by demanding you pay up for one extra month.

they do calculate back and return the money to u, i received their cheque about RM 20 something before,

last time the Umobile broadband package is first 5 months RM 48 remember ? i terminate on 5th month, but i paid 1 advance payment 68, so they refund back the -20 back to me, so surprise feeling when receive the cheque haha

so far how was it? going to change to U28 after using Digi for 10 years >_<
