thanks guys for the help. I've done it by requesting an internet settings for internet and MMS. Then the 3G pop up hehe. Umobile internet quite fast in my area.

Want to ask,
I am currently using postpaid unlimited 50 (RM50) and coupled it with a member plan (RM10).
Member plan is supposed to share the 100min call time and 2gb data with principle line.

However, my case, some of the call time in member plan is actually being charged instead of FOC eventhough there were call time left in principle line.
Can anyone enlighten me why is that so?

I need some help here...i just top up my prepaid to subscribe UMI 38 and found there is a problem regarding the renewal date. Is it not suppose to b valid for 30 days subscription? I subscribe today 11/5/2014 but the expiry is at 9/6/2014...here look:

actual renewal will be around 11pm - 1am on 09-10 May

This is what i noticed from my first bill. member call principle line is not free nor deducted from the free time (below number ending with xx933 is my principle line).

What puzzling me is that, some of my member line calls to TM fix lines, other mobile operators are free, while some are not.

i'm using celcom xpax but id like to migrate to umobile. m interested with UNLIMITED MOBILE INTERNET (UMI) and do i need a simcard?

you'll first need to mnp to umobile to get ur umobile sim card. then u may subscribe to UMI

But if i switch by using MNP..my remaining credit with xpax will gone for good,right?

yup. definitely gone since they are from different company.

seems that i need to use all RM48.00 untill it reached RM00.00... valid till 06.06.2014...
