er.....he looks fat this last 2 season to me..still power but i think hes unable to run tirelessly like the past 2-3 season back.....still a class act though.....and easily best man utd player against chelsea...i forsee down the road he would replace paul scholes place in the middle...coz hes got vision and good passing skills...
Compared to Kagawa?

No matter how you look at it, Rooney has the physical advantage. Says a lot about Kagawa though, to be able to play at this level with that handicap.

totally right.
even mou played it safe against us.
the fullbacks stayed back to protect the slower centerbacks.
flooded the midfield and played a false 9 as a striker.
we know they're desperate not to lose.
nobody really knows what moyes is capable yet since he was constraint by everton's limited funds previously thus he played it safe most of the time.
we dunno if he will switch this tactics and formation with the quality and quantity of players we have to rotate and switch -up.
so i think now everyone is learning each other and taking things safe.
once the base is secure then can do amazing stuff.
this is a different era and period from when saf joined united.
don't think moyes will be afforded the same amount of time as saf.
as moyes is inheriting a title winning team while saf had to build everything from scratch.
Yup.
I think Moyes will play it safe a bit until later when he is more familiar with the team and even then, it depends on how well the team is doing in the league. Also, this is not Moyes' team. It's SAF's team, so there will inevitably be fringe players that Moyes wants to replace with his own choices. So these are factors that might make the squad size smaller than last season.
It is heartening though, to see youngsters like Januzaj getting their shots. I hope he is a starter for the Carling Cup.
