how's the sales here. high asking price for such poor layout n facing flats. also remember velo residence subsales transaction is almost non existent. good luck for investor here.

Both are equally expensive, and within the time horizon we are looking at, the rental yields in this area is a loser. I think the sole advantage of buying now is you get to choose the best unit. There is potential in this area though, cos the gentrification process just got started. |
