i think still considered okay in terms of unit per floor-

block a / b has only 4 units per floor
block c /d has 6 units per floor.

Fashion brands include H&M, Uniqlo, Zara, Terranova, Topshop/Topman, Suiteblanco, F.O.S., a full Mango concept store and first-in-Malaysia Calliope.

it's very obvious that quite a number of the tenants pulled out from the nearby upcoming mall to be opened at here~

yeah.. I just went to ikea cheras recently & saw the MyTown hoarding at there which clearly stated that the mall will be opened tentatively at the end of 2016~maybe that's one of the reasons why the residence is delayed ? hmm.gif

If Mytown opens year end of 2016 and it is successful, this will benefit the sales of one cochrane.
Launching one cochrane at 2016 year end is a strategic move.
