- tentative pricing rm900psf
- 800 units total
-- block A & B (344 units)
-- block C & D (456 units)
- 7 storey car park podium
- size from 973sf

launch date tentatively in oct2016...

i heard that mytown will have a direct tunnel to cochrane mrt...
so i guess that will be used to get to mytown for one cochrane residents?

i think still considered okay in terms of unit per floor-

block a / b has only 4 units per floor
block c /d has 6 units per floor.
