Quite normal la investors trying to get passive income from rentals (long n short term), you can see how popular property guru talks in Malaysia used go be
 but investors after a while will eventually sell once property lose value or can no longer maintain costs especially newbies who think in sens more than sense. |

Overall it is a good place close to many facilities
Just some heads up that there are cemeteries and industrial areas within 3km  |
