if without ikea at damansara...the mall around sure half dead liao.
ikea is 1 of the key element to keep the surrounding place alive.
just ikea itself already can attract huge crowd to this area.

This project probably testing RM1,000-RM1,400psf.

Many project launching soon at much higher prices. More will be revealed soon, one of which is the project I'm involved in the technical planning, which appeared in newspaper on Saturday in Business section.

Of course went before, last visit few weeks back.

Tropicana Heights also increased RM 70k. Standard landed look asking RM 800k+ without dibs.

Your Eko Cheras better.

Tropicana heights is landed property in kajang. Gross price was increased fr 750k to rm809k within 3 weeks fr initial launch but after discount can still get at rm768k. If u wanna scout for new gated n guarded double storey terrace, u can consider the subsale terrace hse at kajang 2 selling at 700k. Kajang 2 terrace is located v near to the ktm substation which will bring u to the mrt station which is just 1 stop away. Thr is also an upcoming primary chinese school n a recently opened international school. Thr is also a proposed mall beside d ktm station.

He is sorta right - crowded doesnt mean theyre profitable. But being a private company in malaysia they would have exitted long ago if they were aways in the red.
