This project probably testing RM1,000-RM1,400psf.

If u wanna scout for new gated n guarded double storey terrace, u can consider the subsale terrace hse at kajang 2 selling at 700k. Kajang 2 terrace is located v near to the ktm substation which will bring u to the mrt station which is just 1 stop away. Thr is also an upcoming primary chinese school n a recently opened international school. Thr is also a proposed mall beside d ktm station.
