Without ikea and ipc, i think the curve will kaput. The management no idea one. Just build lone escalators to nowhere thinking they will increase traffic. I digress.

He is sorta right - crowded doesnt mean theyre profitable. But being a private company in malaysia they would have exitted long ago if they were aways in the red.

Please reread my statement. Crowds doesnt always guarantee profits but if there were no profits the shop would have closed long ago.
Pasar malams are crowded but is every hawker doing well? Pavillion is crowded but some shops come some shops go, because they make losses.
I was actually disagreeing with yap.
