OLD underground MRT, so so.
NEW underground MRT, superb!

Can't think of benefits of staying within close distance of ikea, unlike a mall or hypermarket, u can visit daily for your needs, entertainment and convenience

But one does not need to visit ikea everyday, or go there to be entertained or find daily necessity there conveniently

Also the crowd at ikea MD on weekend is suffocating, not enough oxygen if u are caught in that mad crowd

No lar. Other than IKEA got many others things....ikano mah. plenty retail shop macam cold storage and etc. Tak ngm just go to velocity. And trx just next stop only. Further abit got bukit bintang pavilion. Want play golf also near. Got prestigious Selangor golf club. Very ok ler. And this part of Cochrane and maluri soon will become part of kl city. That's why MRT go underground.

Agree with u but I was more responding to earlier comment on ikea that "nothing beats ikea"

Can we trust Boustead since they are political related? How is the maintenance with their previous township? I don't wanna risk my mil into this because of lacking building maintenance?

But can't denied.monstrous IKEA... Their target segment is quite wide. From low middle to high income group. Even those high income also go buy some little furniture or kitchenware for their home. Every time buy Italian brand or designer brand they also cannot take it. Very hard to beat them. Favorite by many designers... play mix and match with some ikea furniture. Most important their price are very affordable for many.. n look not bad + not bad quality.

Nowadays hard to find those good yield project dy.... Those day over dy... If got it will be sold out... those new project where rental yield enough to cover installmen where got chance to buy if cable not big enough

Do u know who is the key person who convinced Ikea to come to Malaysia?
It is not easy to bring IKEA in.
Now we talking about jiulai Cochrane... If they agreed to come... something is cooking there... I don't give much care wwhether what kind of things Ikea will sell. I m more interested on why and what make Ikea decided to open at Cochrane
