This land is the adjacent land to OneCochrane right? Hmm wonder what Binastra has in pipeline...Will their project complement or jeopardise this project?

Another property player to look out for in the area is UDA Holdings (PR1MA Jubilee & Legasi Kg Bharu).

They were planning to launch Legasi Cochrane + some rumahwips a few years back but it got shelved. Land bank still there though so launch can be anytime.

Per the article pipeline are office, hotel and service apartment good luck to them purchasing the land @ 1K per sq ft

If it's next door to this project, does that mean that it's Phase 2 is no longer in the plan already?

Or is it the other plot directly across from MyTown which is currently occupied by Gamuda's worker quarters for the ongoing MRT2 construction project?

If from another view, build 1.38k units service apartments there, land cost alone is 100k?? But that's 400 units per acre...

Oops, is okay, intelligence restricted ur math as well.. 1.38mil /1.38k unit =100k..

Average build price per unit in the market is $100K-150K

cost per unit is approx $250K. very handsome profit, no wonder developer are so willing to line the pocket of politicians to get lands.
