Latest package 10% + 15% rebate... limited 30 units for 926 sqrft..

Is it Other types less 10% discount except only type 1 926sf less 10%+15% ?  Please let me know if u know the latest package ...

Not sure how Boustead sell their previous projects in Mutiara Damansara, tbh, but the sales staff I spoke to in my last visit at that time informed me that none of their projects there was ever given any rebates during their launch. You'll have to pay the full D/P balance. SPA and loan legal fees are covered by them, though.

One cochrane doesnt make sense at rm900 persqt. However at rm650 persqft. It makes a lot of sense.

But the official selling price seems to be rm900 persqft.
