If it is fully sold out, RM509.30 can still be maintained for the next few years. If not sold out, how?

Pls share ur feelings on buying this project, since so many options around this area. I’m considering this too, but the maintenance fee and god damn door really scared me.

Developer would have to pay maintenance fees for those unsold units. Why need to worry?

Really? For unsold units, developer will every month deposit into the management account?

But then, before JMB is formed, developer will be the management, right? Then they can just charge whatever management fee they like. Left pocket to right pocket.

That's why certain developer set a low maintenance fees to attract buyer, enough money to maintain or not is your problem. Before JMB formed, developer should appoint a management company to manage which "should be" independent, the account will be audited, if you are not happy, can always question.
The unsold units under whoever name, the whoever is responsible to pay maintenance fees.

I need 2 to 3 bedroom price for investment

Last time I paid a visit early last year when the new package was announced, I only see the largest units from the mid to high are booked/sold. The rest are still available...
