You got to be bonkers to invest in this.
The only real benefit to this is it is one of the few freeholds and the layout of some units moves away from the usual long and narrow especially for the studio. I suppose the other benefit is you can lay claim to being nearest to Cochrane MRT station for now. Sunway Velocity 2 is a better buy than this. |

Why do you all say this is a studio unit for 1 cochrane?
As I checked the website that most of their website's floorplan is minimum 900+ sqft. |
