thats strange. When i bought in january theres only a few bumi lots available. Non bumi got 1-2 units only. How come got 100++ units sold in June.

Unless the units at floor 9 and 10 they suddenly release coz in january it was not available coz some party wanted to buy those units in bulk.

The same answer everytime called.
Does anyone know any other projects in Selangor that was similarly affected like ours?
I'm in dillema now to buy another property/house if this takes too long.

I'm in the same ship as your.. I bought Nov/Dec, so much later than you..
Keep calm.. The bank loan already approve, but don't worry bout it..
Not a single sen is taken out, so if you want to cancel it, can do so.
The economy now is quite bad, so if can't buy this unit, then is developer problem, the housing loan can cancel straight.
Those investor will eventually drop their houses prices cause affect them much deeper.
That's what I believe. nod.gif

How about if we use the existing loan(no cancellation) to buy another subsale property. Are we required to pay certain amount or any penalty charge? I have lock in period of 3 years with rhb. Not sure if I can use existing loan or need to apply the new one. I saw a few subsale property with damn good price(below market).. Better location..very good to buy.. Any banker here?

If you want to look for 3 bedded apt with the price range of 300k-350k, you can try Abadi Indah in Old Klang Road. It less than 5km to reach a few ktm station like Mid Valley,Seputeh and Petaling. Current rental around 1300-1600. Anyway, It's kinda overrated if I say this property is good to buy because it's depends on your purpose of buying as well. It's like comparing used Honda Civic with brand new Proton Preve, got respective pros and cons but at the end of the day, the choice is yours.

Anyone got their S&P yet??
Last week I received call from developer saying S&P has been release to lawyer..

Now is just have to wait for lawyer to call us.

Looks like there are loan rejected units for phase 1, current price selling at 340 psf with no rebate. Phase 2 next to behind mydin selling at 410 psf
