They mention developer has submit document to MB and will settle it before Raya..
Well, can't happy too fast cuz they always repeat the same answer, end up still waiting..

The story I heard from Developer is something to do with "PA Revoke". That's why all the waiting game and document resubmit and pending.
Anyway, my lawyer will let me know anything this week before raya,
AND
If I still not satisfied or want to cancel, can be done so and will get back my booking fees..
However, I can appoint them as my lawyer for next house purchase, so that I won't lose much on legal fees.. They will only charge me on documents.

In the end, hope everything will be smooth sailing.

Just went to see the site today. The frame already reached 16th floor. I think almost finished installing brick walls on the 9th floor. Finished painting 1st layer of paint on parking level. The hotel already framework on 3rd floor. Sorry no picture coz i just did a drive by. No co pilot to take pictures .

I just received the 2nd drawdown request from developer yesterday. So hows the snp issue going? I think u are considered lucky. The unit is basically urs just that u havent sign snp. U guys saved over a year of paying interest.

And by the construction progress, i dont think we would be receiving any LAD payments

how come your entry price at rm285 only? how much and what size to work out the cost?

3k booking fees, 0 downpayment, loan RM315k for 1070 sqft, sorry it should be 294 psf. any idea what could be the selling price by end of next year upon completion? I heard phase 2 soon to be launched at behind of Mydin.

called the developer on friday. they hope to get the sign off by next week. i guess just wait and see. once done..need to sign again loan agreement with bank. the next launch is before year end. price is higher by 50k. i guess i would wait. target completion still nov2016.

i guess per square foot also depend on which floor. the higher you are the higher it is. also whether intermediate or corner.

nov2016 is the dateline coz 1st batch of snp was signed on nov2013. Target completion is May2016.

I think this one is near jalan reko one. From symphony residence to this proposed site need to pass thru narrow road, nadayu n the tunnel to jalan reko traffic light.

The 1st batch document just arrive lawyers office from MB's office this week.
Unfortunately my document is not one of them. Mine maybe in the 2nd batch or so.
There are 100++ units that have been bought from June 14 last year affected by this delay.

Damn, I seronok already when they said doc OK before raya and can get before raya.
