According to lawyer,they going to submit s&p to MB office next week. I was shocked when she asked me if Im still interested on the house or not, i asked why? she said she already separated my docs bcoz she heard I want to cancel my unit. Asked them to proceed already.. Luckilly they asked first.. lol

I wonder how much the rental rate there within the 1st year.. anggerik villa is just about 800-900/month.. what do u guys think? is it possible to reach 1500/month within 1st year of completion? we have to compete with MKH Boulevard as well since they are nearer to mrt station.

Well, can't happy too fast cuz they always repeat the same answer, end up still waiting..

The story I heard from Developer is something to do with "PA Revoke". That's why all the waiting game and document resubmit and pending.

If I still not satisfied or want to cancel, can be done so and will get back my booking fees..
However, I can appoint them as my lawyer for next house purchase, so that I won't lose much on legal fees.. They will only charge me on documents.

Have u cancelled it? If possible I want to cancel it too. But then what happen to our loan? Can we use the existing loan in order to buy secondary market property? Or we have to apply the new loan?

How about if we use the existing loan(no cancellation) to buy another subsale property. Are we required to pay certain amount or any penalty charge? I have lock in period of 3 years with rhb. Not sure if I can use existing loan or need to apply the new one. I saw a few subsale property with damn good price(below market).. Better location..very good to buy.. Any banker here?

If you want to look for 3 bedded apt with the price range of 300k-350k, you can try Abadi Indah in Old Klang Road. It less than 5km to reach a few ktm station like Mid Valley,Seputeh and Petaling. Current rental around 1300-1600. Anyway, It's kinda overrated if I say this property is good to buy because it's depends on your purpose of buying as well. It's like comparing used Honda Civic with brand new Proton Preve, got respective pros and cons but at the end of the day, the choice is yours.

Since the hotel is there, I think they should attract anchor tenant like starbucks, coffee bean, secret recipe, 7e n etc to rent the shop lot downstairs.. not sure what their strategy is.. but there will be open bazaar behind the hotel if I'm not mistaken..
