hurm, also got verbal confirmation that our unit will be have separate utility bill - in which, the building itself is commercial but our unit will be charged under residential. Not sure how correct it is since as far as I know, it should be normally under commercial.. :S

How to estimate monthly payment while in progress now?
My loan is with MBB. Need to start pay next month. icon_question.gif

careful with mbb. They give notice on how much need to pay a bit late. Check in ur maybank2u on the 29 every month under the loan section. There it states how much need to pay.

mine currently already rm4++

Yeah, actually they already deduct from my account this month on the 1st Nov. Ptutla baki akaun kurang sweat.gif
But, we can deposit money into the loan account, so that bank will deduct from that amount kan?

if not mistaken in deed of mutual covenant got stated how much psf you need to pay for maintenance & SF. so after free period ended then need to start pay already. once JMB formed, there will be meeting to decide rate up down or maintain.

Is there anyone called by developer requested for extra details for TNB and Syabas?

Received a call from developer too. Require relative / family information to fill the TNB & SYABAS form. According to developer, their need to hand over the form to TNB and SYBAS before Jan 2015.
