Some good news though, home ministry is working out a proposal for serviced apartments to get same treatment as normal residential property. Hope by our time it is enforced so we pay lower bills n tax
hurm, also got verbal confirmation that our unit will be have separate utility bill - in which, the building itself is commercial but our unit will be charged under residential.
