Just concerned, checked with two banks already. My current salary is able to purchase this Symphony but when i download my bank statements, balance every month sometimes high sometimes low..

So just quite concern this may be a possibility for them to decline my loan. (touch-wood)

Really hope Unifi will be there by the time it is completed. Really hope so..

First of all:

1. Low booking and downpayment.
2. Nice Condo with all the services as well.
3. Nearby shops and upcoming mall with cinema.
4. Nearby other neighborhood as well (kajang2, nadayu92 etc)
5. Below 30km to KL with nearby SILK/LEKAS highway.

Pros more than concerns. But the longkang thingy am not sure of la got smell or not. Hopefully not la because we are also way up on the 8th to 21st floor. Hehe.

Anyways so far up till now, i am excited on the Symphony Mall. Just want to know the tenants already signed up for a place at the mall. Hope we can get decent to great shops/ tenants there.

And the cinema. Hopefully can get good cinema there. Can jalan kaki to the mall. Hehe.

Not too sure about the boutique hotel. But maybe sometimes visitors like hotel in the outskirts of KL. Maybe la just my opinion.

Hope the hotel can increase the house price abit. Huhu.

Walaweih.. 3 tolls??

Last weekend went there using the Grand Saga highway and SILK Highway from Bndr Tasik Permaisuri. Toll is RM2.00. Reached there around 30 minutes. Time was around 3.45pm reached around 4.15pm.

Then when go back used SILK highway then > Sungai Besi > BesRaya took about 40 to 45 mins. Total toll is aroud RM 4.30. Perhaps maybe if i took the same route as i came to go back to KL should be less paying the toll. But time taken not so sure la.

Any good route for faster/ cheaper to reach Cheras, Bandar Tasek Selatan area?

After this if the Symphony Mall already siap, then malls in Kajang 2 as well as the HUGE IOI Resort City Mall also siap. So many malls also nearby.

Go KL for work only. Enjoy in Kajang. Hehehe.
