Hi,
I'm staying in one of the high-rise building at that area. The Parc Ville is just infront of the Treatment Plant ( Indah water ) If heavy rain normally there will be a light disgusting smell. Imagine The parc ville will be just infront of the plant. Cant imagine the smell. Think before you get it ! |

Maybe yes...
Just go and look around the consturction area. You will get a better view if you go behind the Badminton court. Can view the plant as well as the condo. |

Speaking at the location it seems only one bridge to access the whole Pipit Island, as Kesas was split the land. Thre is no way out if sth happen to the bridge, unless to build new road which I don't think so.
What do you think? |
