actually stevencbk bring out a very good point.. currently that location has only 1 access road, which I think is very risky. Don't talk about something happen to the bridge, if the whole trees fall in the middle of the road, then all residents stay inside will be trap.

They also dont think so that a new flyover will be realised,
Consider abt population over the area isnt as crowded.

Anyway, did a bit of research and find out that along the road there is over 3k units!

How is this project going alone..seem quiet only

No worry for IOI. IOI can always hold their properties.

Slow slow sell and long long hold ..... What else to expect ?

then guess CLio Residence @ IOI Resort city need to wait long long long for launch.-

Not all projects sell like hot cakes mah ...

Some projects like skypod sold out very fast.

Project completion no worry lar. If they are delayed, they will pay you. Right ?

I think they have at IOI business center in Puchong Jaya opposite ioi mall.

Finally this ioi Parc ville looks not bad. Most important...very low density!!! Nice 1. Good for long term stay. But look like not near lrt...

But very pricy. ...

If u think u r ok with overbuilding of condos in tis area....go ahead.

the located not that bad only price tag a bit overprice. For own stay still ok not for investment.

that part of road super narrow with all those illegal parkings along the roadside...

I hear the project on hold already due to bad sales response.

What happened to those already booked ? They will refund ?
But they haven't removed the buntings and so on.

Can cancel after got approved?

Today I went IOI mall, got IOI property fair. I saw parc ville tower 1 about maybe 30% units only sold. Sales told me 2016 OCT complete
But everyday I pass parc ville site, got construction still going on.
