IOI is going to launch another condo at Puchong Jaya, indicative price is from RM 600 psf, only 280 units, low density, only 2 sizes, 1,216 sq ft & 1,313 sq ft, price from RM 729,800, another benchmark on the pricing for Puchong Condos. Open for Registration.

So this is same location as zefer right?
Very pricey and greedy developer. Most probably it price it high to give rebate and easy entry for buyer...

BK nearer to KL but lack of commercial. Puteri abit further but alot of commercial nearby. To me it is tough choice between these two locations.

Dare to compare with Bukit Jalil ? i would say Kinrara is catching up with Bdr Puteri. 10 years ago when 1 was looking for landed property, i found that Puteri is arround 15% more expensive for the same size, so bought at Kinrara instead. but for the past 2 years Kinrara is fast catching up, and the price difference is down to 5% may be. Bkt Jalil built by Talam, bad reputation, thus the lower price.

If there is no further improvement of the road condition leading to Jalan Pipit, it would be very bad traffic and road condition once Koi Kinrara and Atmosfera hits 70% occupancy and the new series of Zefer Hills + Parcville come into the fray as well.
