What I've seen so far... even RM600K for three rooms 1000sqft condo in KL City area is considered "VERY CHEAP" already... and usually it is SOLD OUT when you go to the launching day. :\ Been to few launches in these few weeks and this is the result I got...

Yo plan is own stay or investment?

I haven't decided. Definitely not for investment because there are lots of condo and apartment nearby this project.

Maybe it's because you earlier kiasu register multiple times and the SMS system does not filter repeated registration ?

Seems the price is slightly lower than the earlier released figure. Nevertheless, looks like still cannot generate interest from this forum ? I love to see developers having a few slow moving projects. I am begining to see that happening. Always BBB is not healthy for the property market.

The developers have been having great time for too long already.

Can recall what is the est smallest size dy ah? RM 652,000 should be the lowest floor unit with after discounted price.

Receive more than 1 email indicates that developer hard selling the products? How is the project compare to Skypod? This one is more grand and expensive due to launched later and low density. Anyone sharing?

But my friend who stays in Impian Heights he has no complaint about it.

He classify the jam at peak hour to be "mild".

And he said "I stay there for so long I don't even aware there is a septic tank there".
