IOI is one of the top developers and at this trend of new condos at any location, all top developers would protect the branding of itself and sell above prevailed prices, such as min RM 500+ psf at anything 30 kms to KLCC, RM 600+ psf at medium range concept at medium good location and shout RM 1000 psf at any ideas of superb facilities.
I was surprise to see 8 Kinrara can be a huge success with such pricing of RM 650 psf!~ Really amazing for a highrise which entry without any discount.
However, if to compare 8 Kinrara's location compare to this Parc Ville, Jln Pipit area, it would be a huge comparison of both locations where 8 Kinrara accessibility is much proper, much better, much improved with new exit to Bkt Jalil Highway, LRT, new pedestrian to LRT station, lower highrise density compare to Parc Ville which also comprises Zefer Hills, Atmosfera, Koi Kinrara and etc apartments.
I wouldn't want to imagine how the roads can be sustain once Koi Kinrara + Atmosfera is 75% fully occupied and what's if Zefer Hills only 50%, not to add up further.
