Any comment abt the future value of this condo pls?
Worry if it would be relatively difficult to sell out in 5-7 years in future.

Talked to SE from ioi,
They also dont think so that a new flyover will be realised, Consider abt population over the area isnt as crowded. Anyway, did a bit of research and find out that along the road there is over 3k units! |
