i think this is related with latest issue when temasek want to remove Cell Broadcast Receiver on next build (v39).

i guess, this is time to testing others 4.3 rom.

I think he better fix that "Mobile Data disconnects during Phone Call" bug than remove cell broadcast thingy...

i just root my phone,freeze bloatware using titanium back up

now wanna undervolt my phone to save battery but then donno much bout kernel that can be use with stock rom

Can you connect to other wifi? Does your house wifi show up in the AP list? What error? If authentication failed check your password. Did you enter correctly? Did you enable MAC filtering on your AP? If yes enter your S3 MAC address inti the allowed list. Can you connect to other wifi like mcds or starbucks?? Have you tried resetting your router?

Is mobile data working? Can you update via mobile data? Does google play store page load up properly? Did it ask to update google play services? If yes, let it update. If not, fix some connection issues first.

Many things can be wrong. You'll have to describe your situation in more detail.

On aosp rom,

Android 4.1
Crt off effect is high frame rate and smooth. Very nice

Android 4.2
crf effect is faster, less animation time and lower frame rate. Not that nice

Android 4.3
Crt off is so ugly. Burst of white light then abruptly start the effect so fast n even lower frame rate.

I do these and my pics look good enough for me. YMMV.
1) Turn off Burst mode. Hold shutter to focus before taking pic (if Burst is on, holding shutter will take multiple pics).
2) Use Single Shot when there's a lot of light (outdoors daytime, etc).
3) Use Low Light when there's low light (indoors, night, etc).
4) Use HDR when there's a big contrast between bright and dark (like taking photos of a dark object while the surrounding is all bright white).

I'm very happy with S3 camera. I find it even better than Xperia Z and ZL camera. Must be Samsung post-processing software, since quality taken with AOSP ROMs are lacking too.
