QUOTE(mynewuser @ Jul 10 2013, 01:31 PM) Yes. The S1+ more smooth than S3 when browsing. I also wonder what problem with this S3. Normal operating basically no lag. Only during scroll session will feel heavy. I play S1 and S2 before and if your S3 is slower and lagging than your S3 something to explorer is trying to wipe your cache in recovery mode. At least this is helping me. Or else do some investigation on what apps is sucking your performance...Btw, Please advise which custom ROM better? |

QUOTE(salimbest83 @ Jul 11 2013, 09:25 AM) CSC basically is to indicate the country for this phone originated from, you may change your CSC to other country CSC but please bear in mind that you can only change to CSC within the region.Base on my experience, we can only change the CSC to S.E.A CSC, unless you flash Europe ROM that you can change CSC within Europe Region. Because in every region there are some special apps/ features will only work on that region, that is also another reason why there is different ROM code. Benefit for changing CSC is not much but the one that i aware is if you change to the CSC for region that always receive latest ROM you will receive first loh.. |

QUOTE(Arvinaaaaa @ Jul 11 2013, 09:33 AM) i also dont know..the problem is kies says" your current device's firmware is not supported to update via kies" Normally this is due to after you flash from some unofficial or custom ROM back to official some residual security code still sit in your phone.i tried to change the csc but still cannot update via kies My advise is you do a factory reset and wipe cache partition but remember all your information and data will gone. please do a backup before taking this move. Good luck! |

QUOTE(mtxx @ Jul 11 2013, 12:24 PM) lucky you. i'm having bad luck with many roms. 99% bug free Rom is stock i like aosp roms, but every one that i tried (cm,aokp, rootbox) have wrong battery stats reporting, bad batter drain (by android OS, it gets higher than screen most of the time) and worst of all the camera crashes occationally, even with the camera fix, its still an annoyance. i tried some leak 4.2 touchwiz roms, having bugs too. same battery stats error, but at least the battery life is good. but nfc toggle not working, and now a new bug which is cant check camera picture details. images snapped by camera (any camera app), when view by any gallery app, it will force close when checking picture details. why la got weird bugs.... i just want good rom, only tweak i need is volume skip track mod. now downloading neat rom. |

I thought Sammy released 4.1.2 to all countries but in actual fact 2 more to go that is Slovakia and Belgium
Now they already catch up their Samsung S4 sales, , should no doubt to release to S3 for 4.2.2. . |

If you model number is corrected, you only have 4 choices that is, New Zealand, Australia (Vodafone) or Telstra and http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ Thailand.. Really not much choice.. If i where you i still stick with stock until the phone R.I.P... |
