2. Below rm3.5k.
3. For watching movie and surfing net.
4. Any size, as probably will only plug into TV for movies.

Hehe the reason is because I want to know what I can get with a rm4k budget. I want a balance performance between work n gaming (like cod, l4d, or online games) so 2anna know which is the best that I can get

I cannot answer that question sorry since I've never done any WiFi tests. But notebooks usually have better WiFi cards then phones, thus better range
