QUOTE(PF T.J. @ Aug 27 2013, 12:37 PM) Beats me man yeah? hmm.. i juz wanna compare it side by side... de nstc gamut and de normal screen... is it really worth fork out 200++ juz for "special" screen.. Most notebooks don't have that listed out in their spec-sheet. Your best bet is to go and visit the Illegear shop (at Kepong iinm) and see whether they have real units for you to compare. Please do PM Prince J for more details ya, I'm sure he will be able to fill u in btw, y de glossy one more expensive than matte? coz if im not mistaken matte screen better than glossy rght?based on previous posts... |

QUOTE(@skyhawk@ @ Aug 27 2013, 05:28 PM) personally like matte , on zenbook prime or Samsung series 9 , the matte screen is superb too .Why I like matte : 1) NO!! reflection 2) Smoother surface 3) Less visible dust (I hate to see dust on my screen) 4) Confortable to my eyes (this depends) |

Hi guys,
Had a chat with my brother yesterday just to see if i can dig more infos on his preferences of laptop. Apparently he wants a laptop with backlit keyboard(not sure if this is the correct term). I can stretch my budget to maximum of RM3000 so hope all the sifus here can suggest some laptops to choose from. p/s: It's his birthday present QUOTE(ARC0706 @ Aug 23 2013, 05:09 PM) Hi, I am planning to get a laptop for my younger brother. Hope to get advices from all the masters here. 1. Preferred Brand - Any brand 2. Budget - Less than RM2500 3. Usage - My bro is addicted to World of Tanks, so this laptop will have to be able to run this game properly with medium setting. Other than this, he normally use normal prog such as MS Office. 4. QUOTE(PF T.J. @ Aug 27 2013, 07:40 PM) For video and photo editing, yes. im planning to get lenovo Y510p soon based on your recommendation But I think it will be a wiser move to save the money for SSD instead, since the performance gain will be much, much much more significant |
