make sure your network operator is choose automatically. if it still happen i think perform the clean software repair would solve your problem..

Ya Digi. Then I just restart la when it happe. Not really big prob but since still under warranty thought can let them repair if is phone problem

For me, never go back to Digi , even umobile I using now is better .

Before this i send my phone to repair cos got black dot on camera....suddenly 3 days before, i just drop my phone into water then water go inside cover n dead...
I just send to sony centre back n they claim warranty void cos they said another shop already open that phone n some part is missing....i didnt have any prove to tell that their fault

Nilkin flip case is gud , u can charge the phone with out opening the front cover.
Currently using MOFI slim case damn gud quality.

Where is your previous repair receipt? That is the proof.

If you never ask or keep, then nothing much can help anymore. You may ask them check system as I believe they probably record base on IMEI code.

Or else It's time to purchase new phone.

Sent my xz to sc couple days ago and now after reading this make me regret. Keep my finger crossed and hope that my xz won't share same fate as yours. Their take back receipt after i take back my phone but on their record still have when i send repair before....but they said is not their fault cos they test all waterproof is pass...

Cos for motherboard n battery rm9xx...better buy another phone
