OH MY GOD. Family home in Taman Setapak. I'm glad i bought outside of that area for future stay to start new family. Had a hunch years ago that Jalan Gombak gonna kena kaw kaw.
Now that malay reserve land there kena kacau already, hope they ensure the roads in that kampung road also widened. But this level of density is a bit crazy. |

Similar to KL Trader density. So many residence but the road never improve will for sure cause massive jam on that junction !

My drone view of Flora Residency. Progress almost like SkyAwani 3, just that SkyAwani got up to 52 level. Btw, I need to extra careful when shoot the project site, coz the place is so small, nearly hit the crane at minutes 0:26 coz sudden signal lost. too near with htc maybe.  |

Don't estimate Jalan Gombak.. Go study KL Masterplan.. DBKL got plan ady... just additional 20,000 units, it's nothing la..
Wanna talk metropolis, megapolis etc. But few apartments up, everyone lose their mind ady.. KL still far far less dense city in the region.. |
