Based on my experience with the KL Trader Square...... With falling ceiling, bad car traffic designs, awfully dark car park with no lights and barely visible parking line.... Imma say no more to SPC project.....

Went to the showroom for Flora Residency. Surprisingly saw many shops opened at KL Trader Square, car park also quite easy, its just that it feels a little unsafe walking around the area at night.

Car park easy? Are you sure?
Yes, if paid parking nearby Flora Residency site, then yeah plenty of spaces available coz need to pay.

If free parking around the shops area, doubt you can find any easily. People start to double park and causing unwanted jam along the road inside KLTS itself. Since then, they changed the road into 1 way and place more guard on the road to guide traffic. But I think a better solution is to do 100% paid parking in that area. Maybe business owner will oppose this as lesser people will visit the place if no longer got free parking. And maybe people will start parking along the main road causing even worse jam along the main Jalan Gombak.

When I went there it was pretty easy. Maybe it’s not peak hour as I went on a weekday. And there are a few security guards manning the parking area when I went there, not sure if it’s a long term thing.

They should maintain the free parking to keep a healthy flow of crowd in order for the shops there to survive but the enforcement needs to be there to curb double park issues.

What kind of shoplot? Mamak? Got Mr. DIY, KFC, Family Mart etc...?

You might want to re-consider if purchase SCP projects. KLTS is facing a lot of issues that might possibly brings harm to residential. There are too many hidden stories that haven't expose until SCP management people avoid to response in their own whatsapp group.

All the stories flying here and there within KLTS whatsapp groups.

Got chinese restaurant and even got a corner lot convert into chinese hawker stalls too.

Sound happening & convenient... but I wonder the lower floor resident will get the noise from the mamak & hawker stalls (especially when there is football match etc..)?
