I think it is not worth either Investment or own stay and I plan for own stay..

many agent will said fully residential but is under commercial title..anyone can clarify ?

Flora Residency - Residential title

I guess probably need to seperate Flora Residency into seperate thread topic to avoid confusion mix up.
