Let the rental war begins.
Rental market at 1300 basic furnish. Expected to drop further after 6 months when people get more desperate in this 2550 mega units development.

went to their actual show unit, is above expectation for such price
the only down side is block c damn near the high voltage tower... its about 100m away.. somehow block c still fully sold...
and near kampung of cos damn jam in the morning toward jalan genting klang tunnel rclxub.gif

just google KLTS , a few groups will show and decide which one to join/stay. i usually join group with the most members

Kinda expected. With 2550 units in total, sure will have few lelong units in the market. Will take years to consume the total supply here. I mean to have a high occupancy rate ppl staying.

Even far from hitting 50% occupancy rate yet, the pools facility floor crowded with ppl over the weekends always. Expecting the same during the coming school holidays.

i got a friend invest a unit here and doing airbnb. doing very well. i also shocked coz the total units is huge.

Mainly due to facilities.
Initially cheap rate, got owner throwing price at RM150 per day. But subsequently i guess rate stabilize now at RM250. That also weekends sure to be fully book.

And already got homestay/airbnb operator around. Tourist transport (bus / van pelancong) already can be spotted parking around here.
