This is the site plan. And the RUMAWIP is totally different podium and not mix with the 5 blocks podium and is situated on a different parcel altogether.

Lower floor only 1 car park, and above certain level 2 car park. With that price average >RM550/psft, is kinda hard to swallow. huh.gif

This location and high density not worth it...if want near to city center, dsands and citizen will be bettrr buy.
