If as u said there is rumawip than this will be the best rumawip lol.

If non same podium will +1 , but we may not sure on the developer sudden really put RUMAWIP inside..
most concern will be the traffic - Heavy jam (stuck on guard house before stuck on road)

This is the site plan. And the RUMAWIP is totally different podium and not mix with the 5 blocks podium and is situated on a different parcel altogether.

Sales agent told me after rebate rm5++,+++, i didn't ask more coz i already bought block A,but the showroom ia ready, they put one ironman figure inside the medium room
