- many buyers are papa mama local residents nearby who know well this location
- for this price, i think many are impressed by showunit. 842 sq ft already got 3 rooms.

if i understand correctly the facilities are shared with all the 5 blocks.

I think even is Rumawip they also will share the same facilities with other owner also

They cant separate the podium in sudden..

Any different in specs, materials compare rumahwip and the normal unit?

If you see their site plan again, I would say that the RUMAWIP fasa 3 is probably under future development in the area separated by the pylon. Block A-E (fasa 2) is already shown in the site plan.

Kimilau, compare the facilities given. I dun think its gonna be another Parklane OUG lah. I heard they using a famous landscaping architect leh. i think can not compare loh, with such a middle cost price but giving so much facilities sumore. Worth to buy lah!
