1 obvious effect is difficulty to sleep due to electromagnec keeping disturb ur brain to rest...my fren got an apartmen at pj right beside the electric cable stand like this project, he always having bad sleep after moving in..imagine what happen if u stay for long term.

The SA said the pylon is not active coz they have tested it. Dunno how true is that

Not active means it is not functioning?! Then y the dev doesnt remove the whole thing when doing the land clearing. Ask SA to stay there for a week then they will know..my fren is damn regret for his unit, his dev promised him nothing will happen to him too earlier..health is priceless.

block A and and block b also got many unit left but the unit is near to electric pylon.840sqft still got alot.Some block B 942sqft near electric pylon all fully booked

But having a high-tension cable in your window would certainly make the view ugly, so it's one point of consideration. Having the cable around, ok for me. Having to see it when I look out of my window, big no no.

Maybe u buy highest floor can't see those high tension cable.Tower B is way more cheaper than tower A

Went to sales gallery already for viewing. Floor 9 to 18 can still see the cable, above that, cannot see already. Of course, picking a different view (example facing olympic-sized swimming pool) cannot see cable.

Asked the sales agent, the facilities will only be completed in phases, so those buying Tower A and B have to wait before they get the olympic-sized swimming pool. But still got smaller swimming pool between Tower A and B. Will face some dust problem while construction ongoing.

Tower C and D...maybe launch sometime this year, maybe next year. But all together, sales agent say might need up to 7 years to finish construction.

So those buying early will get unit earlier, but have to suffer 2-3 years of dust and minimal facilities? Hmm....
