So confused now. I saw the hoarding with KL Traders Square is at the location pointed by Jolokia.
Hoarding beside the Pasar doesnt show anything

Used to write as Gombak Sentral later hoarding take off, now donno what happened.

Anyway just drove by that area, saw they have removed one of the old shop lots & start cleaning the areas, maybe launching comming soon, can't wait to see the pricing & size, hopefully cheaper than Season Garden & Gombak 126..hehe wishful thinking.

U planning to invest or own stay?
Jalan gombak gonna have mad increase of traffic after this. Even now traffic is damn heavy during rush hour and also weekends. Not to mention the river of life project nearby.

Traffic there still acceptable for now as you have many road to divert, only morning rush is a bit congested.

River of life project i see & smile only for now, unless they can solve the flood issue after rain & the mostly malay reserved land title issue, which is why the ex Gombak Sentral land next to Pasar Besar Gombak been abandoned.

Own stay i don't really fancy high density as this project 3K+ units, some more lot's of Middle East & African are expected since surrounding condo are full of it.

Investment need see first the price offered, if RM 600psf like Gombak Sentral then forget about it, people can afford that price doubt like to live with Pak Hitam & Pak Arab (Not racist but reality), so hard to sell off in future.

They already clear the land for the phase 1 of the river of life which is on the opposite side of Setapak Green. Furthermore its a govt linked project, the project will definitely be on.

No doubt Pak Hitam & Pak Arab has conquered the gombak area. But most likely they will flock to Gombak 126 due to closer proximity to Medan Idaman.

Gombak 126 & KL Traders Square is less than 1 km away hoh !

Setapak Green area jam because many from Genting Klang area try to use the road to avoid jam there.

Project on yes but delayed or not, disaster or not don't know... tongue.gif

Good luck to all buyers, there is a pylon (electric cable stand) in the middle of the project which it couldnt be viewed easily from the main road..radioactive kaokao o TT
Not sure if the dev has informed their buyers bout this..hmmm..dangerous...

only block B open for booking, only 2 type, A, B. 842sf and 949sf Rm500psf depend on direction. facing HTC is cheaper. mostly buying facing swim pool. above 19 floor got 2 car parks. freehold, 20cent psf maintenance.

Is this place close to batu caves or selayang? Under kl address? if within kl area 500psf consider reasonable price, KU Suites in kota kemuning selling 600psf now!
